Gas in Pennsylvania is currently more expensive than the national average price per gallon and was ranked seventh in the nation as a state with the highest prices earlier this year.
The American Automobile Association cites the driving factor as the tensions overseas in the Middle East and Ukraine that have caused instability in the oil industry.
